# Beeterty

> Beeterty is a web app for creating professional invoices and receipts. It is built for freelancers, small businesses, and entrepreneurs, primarily in Ghana and expanding across Africa. Users create and send branded invoices, issue receipts automatically, track payments and revenue, and manage several businesses from one account. A free tier is available.

Beeterty is web-based and works in any browser. It is built and run by a three-person bootstrapped team — Yoofi, Farid, and Nii — with no outside funding.

- Professional invoices: custom brand colors, logo upload, PDF download, and email sending.
- Automatic receipts: receipts are generated when an invoice is paid.
- Payment and revenue tracking: record payments and see revenue over time.
- Monthly email insights: a recurring summary of business performance.
- Multi-currency invoicing: bill international clients in their own currency. Prices are entered manually per currency — Beeterty does not auto-convert exchange rates. Reporting rolls up to the account's base currency.
- Tax handling: supports custom tax rates and multiple tax rates on a single invoice.
- Team roles and permissions: invite team members or an accountant with scoped access.
- Multi-business management: run several businesses under one account, each with its own branding, clients, and dashboard.

## Pricing

- A free tier is available and includes what is needed to create and send invoices.
- Paid plans are built but not yet generally available. Beeterty is pre-revenue by design while product-market fit is established.
- There are no hidden fees.

## What Beeterty is not

- Not built for large enterprises that need complex approval workflows or dozens of invoice templates.
- Not full accounting software. It focuses on invoicing, receipts, and getting paid, not bookkeeping or filing.
- Recurring invoices are not yet available. Existing invoices can be duplicated and edited instead.
- Online payment collection is not yet available. Payments are recorded manually.
