What is Beeterty?
Beeterty is a web app for creating and sending professional invoices and receipts. Freelancers and small businesses use it to bill clients, record payments, and see where their revenue comes from, all in one place. It runs in any browser, with no software to install.
Beeterty was built for businesses in Ghana and is expanding across Africa. It is made by a three-person team, Yoofi, Farid, and Nii, and is bootstrapped, with no outside funding.
Who is it for?
Beeterty is built for people who send invoices but do not have an accounting department.

- Most users send between 1 and 50 invoices a month.
- Users are mainly in Ghana and across Africa. Multi-currency support means they can bill clients anywhere in the world.
What does it cost?
Beeterty has a free tier. The free tier includes what you need to create, brand, and send invoices, and to issue receipts.
Paid plans are built but not yet generally available. There are no hidden fees, and no card is required to start.
What can you do with it?
Beeterty covers the path from sending an invoice to knowing you have been paid.

How is it different?
Beeterty combines invoicing, receipts, and revenue insights in one tool. Most invoice tools only generate a document. Beeterty also issues the receipt and shows you where your money is coming from.
It is built for how businesses actually operate in Africa: mobile-first, fast, and usable without an accounting background.
What Beeterty is not
- It is not built for large enterprises that need complex approval workflows or dozens of invoice templates.
- It is not full accounting software. It does not handle bookkeeping or tax filing.
- Recurring invoices are not available yet. You can duplicate an existing invoice and edit it instead.
- Online payment collection is not available yet. Payments are recorded manually.
